Lords, Ladies, and Gentlemen, may I present to you our new cellist, Michelle Packman:

We had our debut performances with her last weekend at the Coach House with Naked Eyes, and then on Sunday at Venice Beach Music Fest 2009. She was very very good, and the audience loved her.

We are currently booking a whole bunch of acoustic shows with just me and cello, and some full band shows with her also. She’s a natural fit for the band with a zealous interest in geeky things and an extreme music lover. She also knows how to masterfully read all the black dots that fit in-between the lines that she insists on calling ‘sheet music’, while I insist on calling it ‘satan scribble’.

So please welcome her into the Saint John and the Revelations tribe, you’ll be hearing quite a bit more of her soon.
