We recorded a fun song for folks who aren’t really in the Christmas spirit, ‘Christmas Fire’:
Phil Hirschi – cello
Abby London – electric piano
Cory Cavazos – bass
Mary Ann Miller – backing vocals
Oliver Dye – drums
Saint John – guitar/vocals

Our Oregon adventure has been wonderful so far, I don’t get a lot of time for camping so I like to perform a couple of shows per year near some nice camping opportunities. I’m glad we were able to squeeze in a few nights this year. We were in The Dalles last night, and we’ll be in Bend tonight at the Velvet Lounge.

I’ll be back in Seattle on Sunday afternoon for a full-band show at the waterfront by the Great Wheel. 2:30PM, free and all ages, stop by if you can.
Best,
SJ
A woman was killed by a Nazi Trump supporter in Charlottesville, Virginia on Saturday August 12. She was defending human rights and equality in America and protesting against fascists, her name is Heather Heyer, and she is an American hero. I didn’t know her, and I can’t really offer much support for her family, the whole situation is heartbreaking and enraging, but we will work even harder to resist and take power away from the people Heather was protesting.
Love,
SJ
White Hoods In The White House
Who’s gonna wash those white hoods in the White House?
They’re gonna find out!
Break out their finest crosses to burn on the Front Lawn
They get so turned on!
Pretend to not feel the heat, so comfy in that seat
Check your heart beat!
Maybe they won’t come for you, if you follow their rules
Such a fool!
If you need us we’ll be out in the street
Marching toward freedom, it won’t be on TV
If you need us we’ll be out in the street
Marching toward justice, it won’t be on TV
Watch the waters keep rising, while compromising
Let’s just jump in!
It wasn’t so far back in history, it’s no mystery
We said “Never again!â€
If you need us we’ll be out in the street
Marching toward freedom, it won’t be on TV
If you need us we’ll be out in the street
Marching toward justice, it won’t be on TV
If you need us we’ll be out in the street
Marching for our sisters, it won’t be on TV
If you need us we’ll be out in the street
Marching for our brothers, it won’t be on TV
Revellers! We have some exciting news, we’ve added a new member to the band, you’ll get to meet her at the Hi-Fidelity Lounge on Saturday June 24 in Bremerton WA for her first show with us. We won’t tell you her name yet, but we’ll let you know she plays keyboards fantastically. Fun.

Please join us!

Dear friends and fans, we have FINALLY released a new recording, ‘Mexico (The Sun’s On Our Right)’, and you can download it here:
Mexico (The Sun’s On Our Right) MP3
It features many of our favourite singer-songwriters, musicians, and fans from around Seattle (and much farther), including: Wyatt Olney, Tobias The Owl, Wonder, Tekla Waterfield, Jim Marcotte, David Johnson, Brad Yaeger, Rachel Cunha, Paul Jenkins, Dave Pollon, Erika Garrett, Abby London, Stacy Liane Powell, Kate Bradley, Arnaud Hugonie, Travys Starr, and a couple of other mystery voices.
I hope you dig it, I think it’s a nice mellow song for when you just want to tune out. Thank you for listening and sharing!
Love,
SJ
